Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in its original packaging to our warehouse with proof of purchase within 14 days.
- All items returned must be unused.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Contact our Customer Service Department by email (info@restaurantapproved.ca) or phone (905-629-0745) to get a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number
- Be sure to write the MRA number clearly on all packages being returned
- All returns will be issued as store credit.
- Customer is responsible for return freight charges.
- Final Clearance Items are not eligible for return.
